As a member of the Tooele Chamber of Commerce, I had the opportunity to bring a group of Oquirrh Mountain Fairies to walk in the 2023 Tooele Christmas Parade.
It was a brisk 2 mile walk down Vine street, while handing out a ton of candy!
What a joyful experience! Our cheeks hurt from smiling so much! The expressions of joy from kids in the crowd melted our hearts as they lit up when the Winter Fairy came over to give them a hug.
It was also fun watching all the little fairies throw candy to the crowd, where adults and children had a great time catching it and scooping it up off the ground. Many had bags to collect their haul!
